The BIP (Business Intelligence & Performance) team utilizes an array of technology, principles, and systems to guide our work. The Microsoft Power Platform is the basis of most of the team’s products, especially Power BI which is used to support Performance Management and Data Utilization through complex data analysis and visualization. The BIP team is constantly exploring new tools and innovative solutions to support our objectives across the Agency.

Facilitation and Technical Solutions
The BIP Team consults with our customers about their pain points and needs. We walk our customers through process mapping both current and future states to understand how best to improve their process and meet their needs.
Business Solutions Using the Microsoft Power Suite
We help find creative technical solutions for our customers by leveraging the Microsoft Power Suite. We assist with the creation of Microsoft Lists to improve data integrity, utilizing Power Automate to move the data to those new Microsoft Lists, while increasing ease of data collection using Power Apps.
Data Visualizations
We help our customers turn their data into visualizations and dashboards using Power BI among other tools. This creates a quick view of their data and allows for easier data driven decision making. Our goal is to make accessible products and create efficiencies for our customers.
